Sir ,I have an Airtel Landline,Broadband(WiFi) and an IPTV connection at my home.My LL No is 01244378028 (a/c no 15804400)
I booked another IPTV for my home. I paid Rs 999/- by Cheque No 390146 dt 24 Oct 2011 of Oriental Bank. The sum has already been credited to Airtel.
Till date the connection has not materialised.
The line men visited my home twice but did not carry out the required wiring-citing various reasons e.g they need engineer's instruction-or need more length of wire.
Now they have stopped even visiting the house.
In case it is not possible to do the connection,I requested that my installation money may pl be refunded back to me.
I tried to contact them several times through telephone and internet but to no avail. Instead airtel keeps charging much more than normal mobile call rates even when the fault is theirs.On many occasions they give 'Server Down' as the reason.

I was also informed that my cheque has been credited and my Ref No of Connection is 10124219433. I request refund or imm connection of IPTV.The refund can be in the form of adjustment against my existing account i.e 15804400
