Kind attention every body, I'm a customer of Airtel Digital Tv since last 3 years... now a days there are lots of problem are occuring with the services as they have increased there subscription charges, they have reduced their grace period to 1 day only without any intimation to customers, even yesterday my services got suspended due to low balance at 10 pm. but i still manage to find out an outlet and rechaged with 100 rupees. when i came back to home... my services was still in suspended mode... i waited for half an hour and called customer care, the executive ( anil )told me that company has changed its policy and now you have to recharge atleast with 150 to avail the services. i requested him that at this point of time i am not able to recharge, so plz. start the service for at least tonight & i'll recharge again tomorrow, but he only argued with me in rough manner and held my call till i disconected the call. Again i called back and this time Executive ( Arun ) picked up the call and again told me that he'll call his team leader and held the call for 15 mins. till i disconected. If this kind of service you recieve from a reputed company, then its better to switch to another service provider.
