dear jury,
i have purchased dish tv vc no. 01513751878 on 26/11/2011,they have sent a man who has given wrong cable wire,the actual wire has dish tv written on it.
i have complained nearly 10-11 times making std calls to their delhi,gurgaon,lucknow helpline no.s but they have not even called back and they have not even cared to replace the wire given
now they say that they will refund 400/-
i have not even used the signal for even a day,
how can i see dish tv without the wire given

i am attaching all the communication with dish tv by e-mail along with the saf form scan and cash memo scan copies

i will keep my phone no 08874643261 on tomorrow at 10:30 am till 1:30 pm,

please note that i have not even used the dish for even a minute
without the dish tv cable wire,
your wire has DISH TV written on it,
the wire given reads(shivaki RG_6 U/GAS INJECTED CO-AXIL CABLE JELLY
TECHNOLOGY D/P USA >> 089 Metre DAE 13/04/2011)
my refund and compensation is 28,000/-,
otherwise i keep the dish and i donot know you or your company,
i have complained 10 times,

i would file for compensation in consumer court and i would forward
the complaint to world consumer rights against dish tv,
please note that i have used dish tv before in gurgaon(3890/-) ,but i
could use only for 15 days as i had to shift to gorakhpur,
it had 1 year free offer,

i wouldnot care and i will file my serious complaint of not attending
to customer complaints ,10 times complained to delhi,gurgaon and
lucknow no:s,
this complaint would be forwarded to indian legal services,
