    Thumbs down The worst dth service - Airtel

    I purchased an airtel dth hd on 7/12/11 through ivr with help of a customer care executive. I paid 2190 rupees through credit card. The installation was done on 9/12/11 and activation was promised within 3hrs but till today 15/12/11 the set up box is not activated.
    Whenever i call customer care they enquire my details put on hold and disconnect the line. Till now there is no proper response from airtel and they are not able to activate my set up box.
    My customer id number is 3009527114 booking id 52497 and transaction id is 17883490.

    So please arrange to activate my service as soon as possible or provide me a refund.

    17 days already and still airtel cant activate my setup box.

    The worst dth service by airtel digital.

    I did a mistake by buying airtel, the worst customer care service,call them for a issue, they put your call on hold and if they dont have a solution for your problem they just disconnect the call.
    Need advice friends on how to escalate this issue or how to apply for a refund
