Pathetic Service from Airtel Dear Consumer Forum,
I have bought Airtel DTH HD DVR connection 0n 09th September 2011 and my Account Nr is 3008761833. I had Problems with the STB Box and have after lot of Hardship the STB was replace with the following request Nr :
Request No : 12874649 - 21st October 2011
Request No : 13036052 - 26th October 2011
Request No : 13095930 - 28th October 2011
Further Now I have the Problem again with STB Box and have raised following complaint :
Request No : 14499926 - 12th December 2011
Request No : 14548825 - 14th December 2011
Request No : 14582153 - 16th December 2011
Surprising is without visting / rectifying the Problem, I get an SMS stating that the problem is resolved. I have a interruption of 04 days and finally I recieve a message from Airtel, Local Office that there is No Stock for replacement. the Problem is repeating every 02 Months and I want Airtel to take back the Unit and refund my Money as the Product is useless and also the Customer Service is very Rude and Pathetic.
