About 2 weeks back, I called Videocon Customer care for registering a Go live kit and for installation of Videocon D2H, They have taken all the details related to the same process and said that installation team would contact me within 24 to 48 hrs. i received their call on the next day, the person who called was in great hurry. He didn't wanted to listen any thing he just said that i need to purchase 1k recharge coupons and then the process will be carried forward.
First of all the day when i registered the Go live kit, the CC representative didn't told me anything related to 1k recharge coupons. After purchasing the said coupons, I called them Again and they repeated the same lines that your case has been forwarded and the installation process team would get in touch in 24 to 48 hrs. After waiting for 3 days I called them again and they repeated the same lines.
What sort of service would i expect from them when they are not ready to install it.
