I made the purchase of videocond2h HD DVR(order no D2H20111103032641) through online purchase on 3rd of NOV for amount 4490.But then I got to know from videocon team that in pune they don't have the DVR system so I converted my purchase to only HD and this cost me 2690. And at that time they told me to send the mail for refund money. Since then I have written lots of mail to videocon team even to the complain departed but I never got any reply from them and whenever I called there number they always said to shoot a mail for the last time and you will get your refund.Its more than 1 month and I am chasing for these guys but there is no response from there side.

Now I want my money( Rs 1800) back with the harassment I am facing with the poor and frustrating service provided by the videocon
