    Angry Airtel dishtv service is very lousy

    Hi,I shifted from pune to bangalore location and for this I dismantled my airtel dth at pune and after coming to bangalore I requested them to reinstall the service.But everytime they simply logged my request without any action. Airtel dishtv service provider bluffed me many times that today before 6 my problem will be resolved.At the end of the day they used to close the request by saying that phone number is not reachable.When address is given, 3 contact numbers are given how could they close the call.And its not happening only for one time.Every day they are giving same excuse to us.If reinstallation is not possible then please its my request to airtel dishtv service provider to reimburse my amount of 545 which was used for recharging airtel dishtv service... Please solve the problem ASAP.

    Unhappy Airtel dishtv service is very lousy

    Hi,
    As you said technicians came and re install it.Now the problem is he installed the dish at in appropriate place of my building.Construction was going on the 2nd floor. Technician installed it at the middle of the terrace which is causing bar to my room owner's building construction. Our room owner said if the dish is not removed from that place they will be compelled to demolish the dish. After calling the technician I was told that he would come and keep that dish at appropriate place. Days are passing by but technicians did not come after calling several times. Every time we call and ask him to install it at appropriate place but every thing brings only void. Today,25th dec when I called up the technicians, he intimidated we need to raise one more call with airtel and we need to repay Rs 200/-. When its technician's fault to install the distv at in appropriate place why as a customer we would bear the charge.Already airtel dish was installed after one month since the day i requested for reinstallation of dish. Again and again why should we pay money for that dish installation.
    Dismantling dishtv - Rs 150 /-
    Recharged but not used for more than a month - Rs 300 /-(approx because of not installing the dish tv in time)
    Reinstall - Rs 200/-
    Again Technician asked us to apply one more request to airtel dishtv and for that again pay Rs 200 /-

    Please help us to reinstall the dish at appropriate place.

    Hi,
    Technical assistant provided by airtel service provider reinstalled the dish at inappropriate place and charged rs 200/-.
    We are staying in a rented house and construction was going on the second floor.Without consulting with our room owner he re installed the dish at the middle of the terrace. I asked the technician to come and reinstall it as it was his fault .Technician said we need to raise again call to the airtel service and again we need to pay Rs 200/-.When its technician's fault to install the distv at in appropriate place why as a customer we would bear the charge.Already airtel dish was installed after one month since the day i requested for reinstallation of dish. Again and again why should we pay money for that dish installation.

    The above concern was already raised in consumer forum before.But no action was taken.
    As construction was going on our dish was not getting proper signal.
    Again we called up airtel dish service provider on 1st jan,2012.Customer care executive ensured us that technician will come soon and resolve this issue and this time we dont need to pay any money to the technician. On 2nd of jan,2012 technician came and reinstall it at proper place and this time technician again charged Rs 200 and he told if we dont pay Rs 200 then technician will dismantle everything.
    Is this the way airtel provides service to their customer.
    First they ensure customer that they wont charge money for technician's fault and secondly they dont co operate with customer when technician charge money for technician's own fault.
    I am pissed off airtel service provider.
    As its not customer's fault I would like to get my money back which technicians charged (Rs 200/-) for their own fault.
    Please assist us in getting the amount back to my airtel account.
