    Default AIRTEL Mobile-currency and sim back

    1) Free SIM ....with old no. 9945277477

    2) My Currency which was there in my old sim approx close to Rs 400/-

    If don’t get the same ,will have to trai or consumer court

    Hi,



    I did not used my mobile for the last 2.5 months tried making a call the no was
    deactivated went to the customer relationship centre ( near kumar park
    circle)they made me call the call centre pre paid team spoke to the supervisor
    they told me a free sim would be given with the same no and the currency will
    be transfer into the new sim. They told me to submit address proof and id proof.

    Went back to the customer relationship centre with the proofs they made me
    speak to the pre paid team again this time the pre paid supervisor told me that
    wrong information was given to me and gave the contact of Nodal Officers (
    spoke to imran) he told me that the connection was disconnected due to mismatch
    in documents and he can give me the no in post paid only .he gave me the no of

    Appellate Officers he heard the entire story and told me that the same no can
    be given in prepaid. ...but will not be able to give the currency.



    I need my currency and sim back or will have to escalate to consumer court
