I purchased new tru HD connection on 11/11/2011 (vc no. 01504949392). But installation done was not up to the mark & I’m facing problem receiving many HD & normal channels. (STB & installation charges paid vid reciept no. 14134 to meltek infosystems pvt ltd on 11/11/2011)
I complain about it on 28/11/2011 through their call centre. I received call from their local (pune) office for appt. of technician to resolve the problem; accordingly I’ve given appt. on 30/11/2011 at 10 - 11 am. I waited for entire day (by taking off from my work) & called their pune office & also the technician (Anil) several times but there is no show from the technician. The response from them was arrogant & ignorant.
then after i sent a mail to their customer service stating the problems i'm facing & at the same day i called their cust service for resolution of problem. i've been assured that the problem will get resolved through technician within 24 hrs. but i havent recieved any call from them.
i called their cust service again on 05/12/12 for resolution of problem accordingly i've recieved call from their pune office for technician appointment. i'd given the time between 10 - 11 am on 06/12/12. Again, there is no show from the technician. i called up their pune office several times but they were unable to help me. (the email communication on this is already sent to dish tv on 'customercare@dishtv.in')
i'd like to bring to your notice that i stay alone at my house & due to this unprofessional & irregular support system have to take off from my work waiting for technician the entire day. i already lost my 3 working days, several calls & communications but still my problem is unresolved.
