Hi,

I had ordered new DISHTV HD on an oline offer on Oct 31st after
taking to customer care and
they had told me that if I but today I will get
2 months HD free package.
I even got the below SMS on Oct 31 message from
TD-080008

'Your booking token number is : 109935
2190 221 = 2411 - 2 mnth hd any pack free'

But I see that after purchasing only one month
HD package free is updated.
After raising complaint compliant number
: 75147861.They say that they mistakenly sent that message and I got below reply by them.They have never mentioned that the activation should have been done on Oct 31 itsself.Also I received SMS also.
I wanted to cancel the connection but they refuse to refund.
