    This is the mail written to airtel dth nodal officer no response from them till now

    Two days back I have recharged with 2100 for hd box and 100 for hd channel @package charges, but Airtel auto changed my plan to something else without information, I asked ms. Neelam and mr. Mayan to change and revert back to old package with espn and star crick and star sports, but they said it is not possible because it is a process and this how they will cheat customers.
    And Mayank was very rude to me and shouting at me since he is being manager profile I never expected such worst service from him.
    I need my old package services.
    And Also apology from Mayank.

    Default Problem is not resolved

    Mr. Ranga,


    The problem bit resolved and pls don't consider that the movement your team calls it will not get
    Resolves

    Again attaching the mail sent to nodal officer and nodal officer is still sleeping about my query
    Always try to resolve the problem pls don't make assumptions that it resolved

    Below mail sent to Dth nodal officer on 28th nov.

    Today I got a call from Airtel person @Mr. Vineet and told present package does not have star sports star cricket and espn which is withdrawn 2 months back, he is lying because I ve watched same earlier plan till 24th nov 2011.

    I really don't know that whom to believe .
    The worst part is even this guy is also rude and says @to do what ever you like we don't mind we always cheat customers.I asked him to transfer cal to his supervisor but he said he is the supreme for Airtel dth, and told me to complain.

    Now tell me do I really get any justice.
    and also do I get reply from you.

    Default One more cheating experience from Airtel dth

    I ve recharged with 300 got confirmation in ivr as successfully recharged
    because of Airtel inefficient system problem they are asking me to wait for2 days
    For resuming telecast which is in suspension

    If i allowed rating customer care I will rate worst because they promised-their supervisor
    Will call me in half an hour but they haven't called me, and they avoided my call regardless

    Spoke to shyamala md rafeeq rajendran and syed no helped in resolving problem and no one connected me to their supervisors because they are very busy

    Really don't know where to contact for asking the problem????

    Airtel is cheating customer even after deducting money from credit card, they says that I've not recharged it is not reflecting. If it is not reflecting how come bank is sending below SMS

    Rs 300.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5520XXXXXXXX5034 on 10-JAN-12 at Bharti Telemedia Lim.

    I am attaching confirmation SMS sent by citibank the movement I recharged at 9.32am on 10th Jan

    " Rs 300.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5520XXXXXXXX5034 on 10-JAN-12 at Bharti Telemedia Lim."

    Also tried calling Airtel nodal, they are picking my call but not answering and cutting it regardless

    If u have any other ways to proper person pls let me know the details.
    and pls don't provide nodal number or nodal email where customer will not get any response from nodal officer mr. Arun.

    I think it is better close this service itself.
