I installed a new Tatasky connection on 8th November 2011. (Sub Id: 1074529593). After 4 days on 13th November 2011 the remote stopped working. I called the helpline number and filed a complaint (No.1-12128798675) on 13th November 2011 and I was told that with in 24 hours my remote will be replaced. Next day morning I received a call from their technical team that due to non availability of remotes, it will take 48 hours to replace it. From that day I have called the helpline numbers 10 times and every time I call they say tomorrow your remote will be replaced.Today is 19th November and my remote has not yet been replaced. I stay alone at home and from last 6 days I have not watched TV and I can not explain that how difficult it is to manage with out TV. I am going through a very bad time.
