I lost my reliance big TV Card and the Big TV people are saying we cannot give you the card. What about the money we have paid to them is it full lost. The reliance big tv people saying (APPCO group india) that you need to buy a new card. When I am dialing customer care number 1800-200-9001 it is asking for 12 digit number. how can i tell that when i lost the card. Please tell us a way to get a new card or a way which recovers money excluding the charges. When I am dialing local numbers 040-40061604 and 32903331 it is giving ringing tone but nobody is lifting.
