    Default Wrong commitment By Aitel DTH


    Dear Nodal officer,

    I have been calling you since Sunday and i have been told that the issue will get resolved by 4:30 onthe same day. But the issue was not resolved and i again called up your call centre and they committed that the issue will get resolved by 6:30 ...again not resolved...i receive a sms on my reigistered mobile no saying issue resolved...again i called up your call centre and they committed that it will get resolved by next day morning 11 am...till 4 this was not resolved and when i called up your call centre they say that new service request has to be raised and i said ok....again today evening at 4 i receive a sms stating that the issue has been resolved...actually the issue has not been resolved it still persists..when i called up your call caentre now they say that they have to raise a new service request again...

    IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE GIVEN BY AIRTEL I THINK I SHOULD NOT HOLD THIS DTH ANYMORE IN MY PLACE.PL TAKE BACK YOUR SETTOP BOX AND REFUND MY MONEY AS I CANT WAIT ANY MORE...
