i have videocond2h connection.i have recharge 1010 rs in one day and next day 200 rs.but when i am saying to them that i want 6 month new gold pack they told me that i have to recharge the full amount in one day otherwise 15 day bonus will not be availabe.now i have balance of 1200 if they change my pack to new gold from today then why i will not get 15 day free.i cant understand their logic.my id is 55023339
