My subscriber ID is 1010973640 and I have being using tata sky since its inception,I have a multi tv connection and I recently called up TataSky on 29 OCT 2011 to avail the offer of Tata Sky HD 50 % OFF,the offer was such that I was suppose to make a payment of 2599 on IVR through credir card and I would get 1300 credited back to my accoun after the installation.
When I called up the Tata Sky customer care executive informed me that he has added me to the list and I would definately be given the offer.The executive name was Azaz and the request ID for this was 1-11957323115.
I waited for a few days and I did not get any calls,I then called up the customer care again and asked about the status of this.After some dileberation, a sales person from Tata Sky named Mandeep(Employee ID:49491) called me ON 7 November 2011 and informed me that I would be given the offer.I confirmed with him if I would get 50 % off and when the amount would be transferred back to me.He replied that this call was indeed for 50 % OFF on TataSky HD and 1300 would be credited back to me after installation.I made the payment of Rs 2599 via IVR through my HDFC Credit Card.The transaction ID for this is 774811941413111 and the request no is 1-12060442702.

I waited for few day to get the cash back and I again called the customer care on 13 Nov 2011,I was told my Mr Rohit Maratha that since I was called up on 7 November 2011 ,I would not be given the offer.I asked him to lodge a complaint with request number 1-12109759655 again regarding this.I am not sure anything is going to happen on this.

Hence It seems that I was duped and TataSky was engaged in Fraud as on two occasions I was promised that I would be given the offer and I was not given the offer.I made the payment only when I was told that I was going to be g iven the offer.Please resolve the matter at the earliest or else I would be forced to file a litigation regarding this.
