hi I am subscriber of tata sky since it was launched 2006 (cust di 1000218837) on 29 oct i saw message on tata sky that there is off of 50% discount on tata sky HD box i called but i didnt got there no by evening i saw another msg that due to huge no of calls many were not able to make calls so plz sms Hd to 56633 .I msged of same no and i recd call from there side and that told me this is online offer u have to order through credit card .i said ok and they told that they will contact me . on 1st nov they called me and asked me that do i have one time password given by bank i told no they said me to contact bank for one time password after that payment will be made i said ok and i got password on 3rd nov and they called me again and told me again & asked me that have i got the password i said yes asked me to make payment of Rs-2599.00 (SOME Mr CHANDAN WAS REGULARLY IN TOUCH WITH ME REGARDING THIS PURCHASE) i said it should be Rs 1300.00 only they said that u have to pay Rs 2599.00 now Rs 1300.00 will detected and rest amount i.e 1299.00 will be credited in my tata sky amount within 24 to 48 hours but nothing was done in this case i made so many calls every time the says we have forwarded you complaint now today (11.11.11) i recd a call from there side that rest amount will not be credited because the offer was over. this is simply cheating plz tell tata sky to refund my whole amount and take there HD box back that i dont need HD box
