I manoj sharma with customer id 44914259 is having a vediocon High Defination customer. I m facing severe problem with services. I temporarily suspended my connection from 27 june to 31 aug. I was informed that my connection will be activated only when i will requet the call center for activation. As per ur call center my services started on 1aug. But i checked many times after 1 aug that no channels were comming till date so effectively i havn't any services till date but my account depleted from 410 Rs to negative. Even Vediocaon area manager Bhuwaneshwar confirmed me over telephone that my services were disabled even after 1aug. I m repeatedly struggling with the call center but with no result.
