First Flight is the worst courier service.I had a parcel from Homeshop18.It was sent from Delhi on 17.12.2011 and has reached bangalore on 19.12.2011The regional office at Bangalore had not delivered my product.I mailed them but i didnt get any reply from them.I am continuously contacting customer care everyday since 19.12.2011,they promise to send the product on that respective day i call but never turn up.When i tracked it online.it shows ADDRESS INSUFFICIENT...it simply updated wrongly.when i questioned them,they dont have reply for wrong information.Now finally i received my parcel.
