My name is hardeep singh And address is House no . 3268 Sector 35 dChandighar160022My Airtel DTH ID is 3005842876 , I want to update my setup box (setup box with a digital and recording option ) on 15/09/2011 So I paid 3990 Rs by my credit card through your custom care by phone and my Transaction ID. 16911564 , when ever I call on airtel DTH custom care every time they told me that in 24 hours we install your new digital recorder setup box .and this is my last try and request to get my money back and after that I am going to consumer court .
