Hello There,

I have Tata Sky at my home for a month and I had to change that to my another house due to a reason. When I called customer care it was informed to me that you will be charged 125+125=250 rupees in total wherein now my re-installation has been done and they have deducted 450 rupees from my A/C.

Today, again I called customer care to complaint about that and that CSE told me the charges as 200+200=400 in total. I want to complaint against that customer care employee who gave me wrong information. Also, they have deducted 50 rs. which is for extra cable. If you see at my home you will not find any extra cable joined in the package.

Can you please help me to get my 200 rs. back which was deducted incorrectly?

Also, I want to complaint against the engineer's behaviour and I doubt on that engineer's loyalty to the company as the engineer has cheated me and the company by giving wrong information that he used 50 rs.'s extra cable.
