This is Ganesan from Tirupur, I had purchesd SUN HD on last april, at that time 8 hd channaels avilable and monthly recharge is Rs 188 , But now 4 channales are available and recharge is Rs 225 per month. I asked several time to Tirupur Office , they are not take response . Also my remote is not working , how to shortout the issuse . Who is the correct person for handle this.

Please advise what can i do further .....
