Complaint Airtel Digital TV-Customer ID 3008199691

This is to complain that Airtel Digital TV have given me the worse service I ever recieved.
I was unable to recharge my digital TV through the website. SO i called customer service and they kept disconnecting my call.
I called 8 times that day and they disconnected my call each time. I got really irritated and gave request for disconnection of service.
Ref nor-12984681, since then the service is even worse, They didnt even empathise for the bad service i got, they straight away registered my complain and said some engineer will come for disconnection of my service and take the hardware. But next day I get an SMS informing me that the issue has been resolved.


I call again and was informed that I told them that i agreed to continue with service which i never did. I re registered the complain--Req nor-13099336.
Next day its the same thing again, it said issue resolved.


Today i get SMS saying "My cable issue was resolved ref nor-13142980. I dont know whats happening. I know its of no use calling the customer care(worse service).


I am not sure if some one will look into this.
