My Airtel DTH customer id is 3003414078 and Despite of writing to Airtel 10 times I have yet not received my refund amount. Mr. Jasvindar called up from DTH nodal office Delhi on 5th Oct 2011 that we will receive refund by 20th Oct 2011. However we have not received it on 20th Oct. Then again when we contacted then Ms. Gurpreet from Delhi nodal office told us that we will receive it in 24 hrs. Then Mr. Roop called up on 21st Oct saying that we will receive our cheque by 31st Oct. I want to know why are you harassing customers if you are no way intended to refund our money. Airtel DTH is an extremely fraud company harassing its customers to the core. I am going to consumer court now and I need an explanation from Mr. Roop that why I have yet not received my refund when he took personal guarantee that I will receive it in 10 days. They are such a liers that first of all they say that they have dispatched cheque on 17th Oct 2011 then they say that they need 10 days. I don't understand which courier service are they using which takes 14 days to reach with in India. Now again after 10 days they are asking for 7 days. This is a shit company which makes you fool if you opt for it
