    Thumbs down Airtel digital tv miss guidlin, Not solving problem

    I m the consumer of airtel digital tv...Sir maine 24.10.11 ko online booking karvayi thi...my booking no.46119 hai..My transection id 17357240 hai..My customer no. 3009159695...Online booking krwane ke baad bhi mere ghar 29.10.11 subhah 12.00am dish lgayi gyi...Meri dish 24 hour ke antargat activate ho jani chahiye thi bt nhi huyi...Main 30.10.11Ko pura din customer care par baat ki..Unhone mujhe dhang se kuch nhi btaya...Mujhe baar baar wait krne ke liye kaha gya..kbhi 4 hour ko kaha gya us customere care exiquite referent no. 209929463 & kbhi 24 hour refrence no. 212257133 tha..Mere puchne par unhone btaya ke hmari tarf se package select nhi ho pa raha hai. unki glti ke karan mujhe ghar walo ki taraf se boht kuch sun.na padha.Ek to payent bhi advance huyi.only dish lga kr chle gye...Na mujhe bill diya gya na chanel dekhne ko mile...Mere har baar phone krne par wait krne ke liya kaha gya...Ab 32 hour ho jane ke baad bhi package activate nhi hua...Jiski vjeh se hme boht pareshani jhelni padhi... So pls help me...its not a fair..Payment 24.10.11 koHone ke baad bhi 30.10.11 tak na koyi bill na chanel activate...Mistake airtel ki or bhugatna hme padh raha hai...so pls kindly help us..,
