Hi,

I am Abubakar Siddiq Shaik with the Airtel DTH Customer ID:3008828844.
I booked the connection on 18th of September 2011 through online for the amount 2190/- and the amount reached to Bharti Telemedia Limited, Gurgaon and got the email asking me to send the details to setup the box.

I called for the status and I was informed by the customer care executive that it will be installed in 7 days. Hence, cancelled the online transaction and booked the same package on the same day through call center using IVR system and got the setup box installed running within 48 hours of booking.

I requested for the refund before booking through IVR and the agent promised me for the refund within 3 business days.
I have not received any refund and started calling the customer care from September 25th. There was no proper care taken into my issue and the Supervisors started giving irrelevant information saying that they are unable to pull up the records and no information is found.

I called the Bangalore Nodal Center and a person with the name Neeraj checked and informed me that I will get refund with in 7 working days.
But there was no refund till now.
I have been calling the same customer department and they failed to provide the relevant information.
One person with the name Ram Prasad(Supervisor) from customer care team informed me that they have dispatched the cheque which is very
weird to hear.
I have not received till now.

Please do the needful as early as possible as I got tired of listening excuses from the customer care supervisor team.
