Ref - Dish TV #01510751991

Hi

This is Balaji from Chennai, am using dishtv connection for past two years beginning onwards we are getting the different type issues, but still the issues not yet rectified. (E.g. for last issue we recharged the amount of 450/- at the time of 11.00 am 27/10/2011, for the same time received successfully recharged message ref#TRA000058518284) We confirmed with recharge dealer also, for there said every thing has been done perfectly, we spoken with dishtv customer care (complaint number :72856480) the issue not rectified and haven't received any proper response. Could you please take my complaint to higher level and resolve the issue immediately.
