I purchased a Tata Sky HD connection Subscriber ID-1073327189 on Sunday 23rd October 2011.On the morning of 24th October 2011 the Installation Personnel from Tata Sky arrived and have done incomplete installation for the Tata Sky Hub and antenna.Its now 27th October and still the installation is incomplete with wires all over the place.My repeated calling the Tata Sky Helpline(Complain no-1-11915762464) has also not solved the issue as they keep on postponing the issue to the next day and promise that I will receieve a call that I have never received.

I am extremely Disstaisfied with the Tata Sky Service and I expect an Ansewer as to why a customer is being harrased like this.
