For the last one month there is continuous disruption in in the programme. In spite of repeated complaints over phone to the local office as well as to your Ernakulam office it seems there is no action taken to rectify the mistake . We do not expect such a irresponsible way the matter is handled to satisfy your customer. Sorry I have to go for an alternative. Could you suggest what should I do.
