    Post Airtel DTH Multi Room Connection not installed

    I am existing customer of Airtel DTH.


    My Customer ID is 3007803388


    I booked my number on 13.10.2011 on airtel-dth website for new connection and got a call from no +911204087691 at about 12 pm from Mr. Ali(airtel repersentative). Than with his guidance i made payment of Rs.1199/- on connectindia website (Vriti Infocom) through debit card for purchase of New Multi Room connection


    But till today no connection has been installed at my home.


    And I am continously calling Airtel Customer Care and every time i get a response to wait for 24 hrs but all in vain. No connection till today i.e. 27.10.2011

    my problem has not been resolved till today. how can you presume that my problem has been resolved.

    I have not got any connection installed nor i have received any refund of my payment.

    PLS FIND BELOW MAILS TO AIRTEL DTH.THEY JUST KNOW TO TAKE MONEY FROM CONSUMER N NT PROVIDE SERVICE. PLS ADVICE WHAT ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST THEM...

    I wrote last mail with hope the nodal officer will be able to solve my issue. On Nov 15th I receive call from nodal side and he took conference Nitin (Technical Person – Kharghar). Nitin assured that he will solve this issue by Nov 20th. Today is 22nd but no one turned up yet. Yesterday I receive call from Harpreet. She conveyed that in your area engineer can’t visit and you have to disconnect the line. I was using Airtel for last 2 years in Kharghar and now you are coming up with such nasty stories. Moreover I am failing to understand as Nitin is aware that his team can’t visit then why he given commitment for Nov 20th. Best part is that on service your team can’t visit but on disconnection they will visit to collect setup box and dish tv. Now I am taking this matter to consumer court and talking to few friend in media to expose Airtel ethics towards there consumers. Now let see who win the race..

    I Shambhu Sekhar Bhattacharjee, customer id 3003605160 residing in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai writing this letter to inform you about the poor service of Airtel DTH. I got a error code of B001 and contacted customer care on 9th Nov 2011 for the same. They have taken complaint number and told me it will be sorted out in 24 hrs time. Today is Nov 14th.still no one bother to provide any support. Moreover every time they are giving me complaint number and every time backend team sending me message that problem has been resolved..Here are those complaint numbers for your reference…13514399, 13538634, 13564090, 13571908 & 13628664. I am failing to understand why this is happening..We are making payment on time and can’t we expect timely service..And mind it you are not giving technical support free..Rs 100 is charged to the customer. I am writing to you for a solution. If I don’t have a solution in next 24 hrs I will have to raise this matter to consumer court.
