I am existing customer of Airtel DTH.

I booked my number on 13.10.2011 on airtel-dth website for new connection and got a call from no +911204087691 at about 12 pm from Mr. Ali(airtel repersentative). Than with his guidance i made payment of Rs.1199/- on website Registration Page (Vriti Infocom) through debit card for purchase of New Multi Room connection


But till today no connection has been installed at my home.


And I am continously calling Airtel Customer Care and every time i get a response to wait for 24 hrs but all in vain. No connection till today i.e. 24.10.2011
