    Default Airtel DTH Activation Problem

    Dear Administrator,

    I purchased one airtel HD-DVR dth on 27/09/2011 directly from airtel customer care through IVRS. They told the installation will be done by 28/09/2011. But that didnot happen. I called the customer care they told it will be done in next 24 hrs. The same process repeated for 24 days. They did the installation at last on 21/10/2011 afternoon after 24 days.The installation guy told that the activation will be done by evening. But the activation didnot happen. Then i called the customer care they said u paid an amount of Rs 4590/- but ur account is recharged with only Rs 2840/- the remaining Rs 1750/- recharge will be done now and ur activation will be completed in 1 hour. But 3 passed no activation done.When i call the customer care they are just saying it will be completed in another 1 hour.They took 24 days for installation and now iam afraid they are going 24 days for activation. please suggest what i need to do as iam sure airtel people are not going to do anything for complaints i registered.
