    Default Airtel DTH refund after account closure not happening

    Dear Sir,
    I had closed my Airtel DTH account 3007422692 around 2 months ago. I was told that they will refund my Rs 750 which was the account balance. Also, they told they will send an engineer to collect their dish antenna, set top box etc. But till date nobody has turned up. I have made 5-6 calls since last 2 months but everytime they say the same thing that they are making it high priority to refund my money.
    This is very disappointing. Please help.

    Dear Mr Ranga,
    It has not been resolved! I got a call that I should return the STB etc. and then in 20 days, I will get my money. I asked for the guarantee that I will get in 20 days. if not, then pay me extra interest for the delay. then I did not get any call... Please resolve this. I am okay to receive my money without any interest if you promise not to make any further delay. Thanks.
