I have 3 SET TOP BOX installed at my residence, out of which 1 is continuosly giving me head aches, i register my complain at tata sky help line number every 5-7 days. the engineer visits & replaces the faulty box with a used & repaired set top box. i fail to understand if a customer is facing problem why is that the company is sticking to their rules & regulations, why is that they dont come up with permanent solution. It seems now to me that TATA SKY is here to Harass customers. Frnds pls let me know which ministry can i complain.
