My First Digital TV Subscription start from 12/09/2009.In the begin it works good,but after two Years my Set Top Box Not working. i made complaint to Call Center & Co's franchise M/S KAI ZEN Communications attend & replaced Set Top Box (Not Given New,but Old Repaired Set Top Box) & Co's has taken Rs.350/- for the same as per R.No.1330 dt.29/09/2011.After so many discussion with Co' Call Center they given only for 3 month Warranty. But after 20 Days i.e. on 19 /10/2011 again Set Top Box not working.for that made Complaint to Call Center.My request no.12809264 for "STB Issues" Happy Code-456.Co's told that you have to pay Rs100/- to our Engineer.i cant understand why should pay if it is under 3 months warranty? Co's making fool to Customer & making loot.after so many discussion they agree to give free Service & told our Engineer will attend your complaint before 5.40 P.M.But till 8.30 P.M.no body has attained complaint & send message on my mobile that your complaint has been resolved if the issue is unresolved pl.call 9987957164.when i made call on same no.they says on this phone incoming call facility not available.if they not attend than why Co's given such phone call no.to make fool to Customer.i made phone at Call Center & Mr.Vivek has attend call but i am not gating satisfactory answer form Co's or not any Sr.person to attend my phone call to give me satisfactory answer. Co's making fool to customer & making loot from customer.i seen that worst service from AIRTEL digital service.
