    My Written complaint to Airtel DTh --- No Response Yet

    Customer ID - 3001709795

    Dear Sir / Madam


    This is to bring your kind attention to the problem I am facing currently.
    I am a subscriber of Airtel DTH from almost 2 years now. Few Days back a
    service engineer visited my house and made some changes in settop box and Dish
    Antena saying that its now pointing to new satellite. After this change I have
    started getting this trouble of Frequent Signal Loss , now from last 2 days my
    Settop box is not receiving any signal at all.
    I've registered this complain and ticket number is 12748988 , but your service
    provider is asking for visit charge of RS 100/- , while RS 100/- is not a
    significant amount but plz explain


    1> Why should I pay for any technical problem where the root cause is changes
    made by you engineer? My settop box was working fine before the changes . It
    used to give trouble but only in bad weather condition which is not the case
    this time.


    2> Even Its because of any other problem why should I pay , Isn't it Companies
    responsibility to look in to Customers problem and provide smooth services ?
    Please help to resolve the issue on priority basis , also if you think you are
    not the right person to take decision on it , plz escalate OR provide me the
    escalation point.

    Thanks for reverting Mr. Rakesh,

    Further upodate on 12748988 -> Ticket has been CLOSED with comments customer is not resdy to pay Service Charge

    I've relaunched the complain , complain number is 12856115 --> Your call center agent assured us that he will escalate my concern but No Update yet.

    Its almost one week know and I don't see any solution coming in. Can you advise me on next step plz?
