To whomever it may concern....

For the past 5 months i have been facing constant problems with my DTH and the service provider being tata sky the problem started on 4/6/2011 and the complaint was issued the same day the technician came after 2 days and changed me Rs.125 saying the box is out or warranty and the problem was fixed for a while after a week or so the problem was back and i launched a complaint with tata sky they assured me that it will be sorted out this time altogether they charged me the second time also they have changed the digicomp thrice the digicard twice still the problem has not been taken care of and i have been calling up the customer care ever time i get the same old assurance but the problem never solved .Today being the 19/10/2011 its been months and tata sky could not find a proper solution but everyday they boost of their superior service to costumes say we are the best we provide HD these ppl cant even provide simple services i dont know what kind of services are they providing to customer and the worst part is they have just been giving fales assurances and someone or the other from tata sky keeps calling up and asking wht is the problem and they assure they are going to send a technician tomorrow and no one turns up . If they keeping cheating and harassing customers like this no one is going take their service
