On 1st Sep. 2011, one Mr. Manjunath has approached my father, Mr. Venkata Ramaiah, Sr. Citizen for connection of Reliance DTH. His mobile number is 9030419589 and collected the cheque for Rs. 1490/-, promising to give the connection after one week.

But after one week, that fellow's mobile is always in switch off mode till date.

On contacting the office number given by him in the Receipt, they replied that our cheque has been bounced.

We have sent the e-mail to their office address enclosing the bank statement, where it is clearly shown that they have encashed the cheque on 5th Sep. 2011 itself.

Today, it is 19th Oct. nearly, after one and half month also, both the office fellow and marketing fellows are not reachable over phones on repeated calls by my father.

I request atleast Reliance DTH Management to take action against the above firm.

As I have gone through the forum, there are many complaints against this APPCO from the last one and half year and no action is taken against this APPCO.

I request you to take action against this APPCO, so that some more customers are not cheated in the name of Reliance DTH.

They are not sparing even the retired persons like my father.
