Hi,
My name is Abdul Bari. I purchased Airtel HD-DVR on september 27,2011. I was told the installation will be done in 24 hrs. But till today October 18th (more than 20 days over) no installation is done.Whenever i call airtel customer care, either they put me on hold for 20-30 min and cut the call or they will just say the installation will be in next 24 hrs.The airtel guys it seems doesn't have HD-DVR sets stock..but they simply sell it online or through IVR and making customer suffer. Please look into this matter urgently as it been more than 20 days as iam sure airtel guys are not going to install it.

I paid an amount of Rs 4590/- on september 27th. I got a message on september 28th saying your digitaltv account 3008883962 is recharged with Rs. 2840 /- . This is the only response i got from them.
