I am a dishtv customer. But I am unhappy with services of dishtv. I am unable to see all the channels. For that I made a call to customer care but nobody respond me properly. Mr. Jaiprakash told me that due to some technical problem I cant see all the channels. If I want to resolve my problem than I have to call a technician. For that I have to pay the charges i.e. Rs.150 and Tax. But technical problem is not my fault then why should I pay for resolve my problem.
