    Default AIRTEL DTH Connection

    I am Murali. I wanted to get Airtel to provide me with DTH connection. I payed thru internet. I was promised next day installation. Till now I have not heard anything from anyone. The biggest pity is when I approach Airtel customer care, they do not know whom to contact for resolution. They have outsourced getting payments for contracts. They do not follow up. We as a customer has to follow up with their designated dealers or partners. Airtel knows that I have paid for the service. They refuse to complete the order and deliver the installation.There is no refund policy. I do not know what else I will face when the installation party comes to my house.

    I contacted the corporte office. They promised to return my call. No one returned my call. When it is a Corporate policy to leave customers in lurch we cannot expect anthing better from their staff. NO ONE HONORS THEIR OWN WORDS.

    I am Ashok Yadav from Bikaner Rajasthan. I want to get a Airtel digitalTV connection so I was promised to next day installation. I left the request on 20 sep 11 and pay 3510/- by cheque on the account no 30722497768 . I wait last 18 days but there are no any installation. Airtel knows that I have paid for the service. They refuse to complete the order and deliver the installation.There is no refund policy. I do not know what else I will face when the installation party comes to my house.

    Hello,

    Acc Number : 3009602260

    I have ordered for an Airtel Digital DTH connection on 24th Dec. I had been promised that my installation will be done by 25th Dec 2011. But till date i have not even received a call from Airtel regarding the installation.

    I have kept calling the customer executive numbers, they just give me a response stating, the team will call back soon or they say that we will forward your call to senior executive and the call gets disconnected. But for the past 3 days i havent received a call from them.

    Airtel being a Brand should surely have some ethics to follow, when people from your side give commitment stating that they will complete the installation by so an so date, they should stick to it.
