Even i felt TataSky HD box has problems. Sometime picture issues and very often remote issues. A month back i started getting remote and picture problems in HD box. They replaced my hdbox and again after 2 weeks i started getting the same problem. Tatasky problem told me there are bugs with this HDBOX, he was also suggesting to go for tatasky hd plus, i said sorry to his offer. I wanted to cancel the connection also however they say, will only return 300 or 350 rs for the HD box. I am asking why only 300 rs. If they are not able to provide the service they should refund all of our money?


From last 5-6 days my tatasky-HD connection is not working and though after so many calls and discussion with your tatasky customer case executives and floor supervisors result is nothing so i came here. Before throwing this connection in dustbin and start giving ugly feedback to others, this is my last try hope it works well and i change my mind to continue.

Looks like if you do not give money to tatasky field executives they wont come and work. they will update the wrong status, will close the case without any work and so many things. Anyways i tried calling nodal officer karnataka so many times and ended up getting nothing. Today (Oct-1-2011) i sent an email to nodal officer also, lets see if that works. it would be great if some one could step in and help me to tell the value of a customer.

Did you hear any thing from tatasky? what action have you taken ? I am also facing the same problem like you. tried calling tatasky call centers so many times. executives will give false premisses, which they will read from a peace of paper. Its very Ugly experience with tatasky. i do not have words to explain. Even uneducated people will not act like tatasky people will act. Ratantata should see the customer service.
