    Default Airtel DTH Service Complaint

    This is in respect of my New Airtel TV connection ID 3008412715. I recently purchased new Airtel Disc and installation was made on 18.07.2011. Since very first day, We are facing problem regarding video and audio. I have made my request on customer care number 1800 102 8080 several times. They are promising me to to send service engineer for resolution of this problem, but nobody came in resposne of my 4 to 5 times complaints and surprisingly wrong resolution messages got by me on my registrerd mobile number 7600037120 every time and problems still persists. Such incidents made to take decision for surrender of Airtel digital TV and get my cahrges refunded.

    Kindly help me how to Surrender this connection and let Airtel Digital TV's Apex Authorities to know how excellent service is being provided to the customers. ---Jay Rathod
