I am Ranjan Karmakar from Coochbehar, West Bengal. I had
Ordered an Airtel Digital TV one year ago. Last holi offer at 2010 I hear
the offer about digital tv in dth website at Rs.999/- with free
installation. And then I have sent an SMS "BUY to 54325" and the next day
I
had got a call from AIRTEL to my number 9800714171 and one of Airtel
executive said that this offer is valid only for Online IVR Transaction.
And Customer need an existing Airtel Mobile. And then they Forward my
call
to IVR and after that I have entered my "Union Bank Of india" Debit Card
information (4213685481032699 and Expiry date and @@@) on that IVR
section.
then my Debit card charged for Rs. 999/- and the Executive Given me the
Atom Transaction ID 7889943 and said " your digital TV will be there
within
next 7 days. He registered my Address as "APC Roy Road, Near Morning
Fresh,
Baman Para, Coochbehar, West Bengal, PIN- 736101". But Where is My DTH???
After that I have called Customer Care and they said please wait and you
will get it soon. I am just waiting and waiting and now its 1.5 year
running. But DTH didn't arrived till today...
