    Default Airtel DTH a worst one

    i have been using Airtel DTH for last 1 year. my Account No: is 3003751694.For last one week i'm facing problems with this DTH. the concern person came from Airtel service centre and changed my new set up box with an old set up box. when i asked about it,he said it is a good one and i gave 350/- for it. after two days,the new set up box is also not working.i called several times to the call centre and the service centre.there was no respond from them.above all,one of the service engineer talk with me in a rudely manner .the mobile no: of that person is 7738071592.Is this a way to solve the issues from Airtel people?

    Default Airtel DTH "The Nightmare"

    Two months ago i bought HD Airtel DTH connection. For the first three weeks i faced a lot of problems, after repeated complaints an engineer was assigned to look into the problem but the guy never showed up and i was sent a message stating that the problem has been resolved. When i complained about the incident to the customer care , the person on the other side got very rude and on asking him his name and employee id he hung up on me. After repeated complaints the engineer finally turned up but he had no clue why i was facing the problem. He changed the set top box, then he got a new card and then again the set top box ( All three times multiple complaints were placed). The issue got resolved after the second change of set top box. When i had taken the set top box i was promised two months of complimentary subscription, but after a months time our services were discontinued, I called the customer care to register a complaint but he refused to register it. Finally i had to get it recharged. A few days back there was another problem, it showed error code 1,no signal, the customer care personnel asked me to reset the box and in between the process he hung up . The set top box is now in reset mode and the customer care people do not seem to understand the problem. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Through this forum i would like to lodge a complaint against the Aitrtel DTH for rude and un-responsive customer service, also i would like to know the procedure to return the set top box and dish, and at least get part of my money back.
