Tata Sky unilaterally drops some channels within the contracted period

I had renewed my annual subscription of Tata Sky and the package included Colors channel. For more than a month some channels incuding Colors are not available for viewing. My several emails have not elicited any written reply though I received phone calls saying the channels would be restored.
I am enclosing a gist of my several emails sent to Tata Sky without receiving any written reply.

What should I do now?

Did you get any reply from them ? you are talking about only one channel; i am not able to watch any channels on tatasky from last 7/8 day and till today result is zero. They say "We do not have HD-BOX" so they can not replace it and i will have to wait... with NO ETA.

TATASKY is providing very poor and ugly services.

I am just trying to help and want to spread information in public interest; one will waste his money!!! Tatasky people will not give service also will say NO to respond you.
So ALWAYS SAY "NO" to TATASKY.
