    Default worst experience with Airtel Digital TV

    i have video problem issue error B001 from last three days.
    the same issue i faced last 3 to 4 times in 1 yr.
    abt 2 month before when i faced same problem i pay 100 rs to engineer that came.
    this time when engineer (Mr. Mukesh, Mob No. 8511159423) came, after solving the problem when he ask for 100 rs, i told that for same problem (i.e. B001)
    i already paid 3-4 times. so this time i will not pay. at that time i m in office. than he talked to me very rude manner i.e. u pay or not. i told him that i want to talk to u why the same problem is coming again and again so when i come back u pls meet me.
    after this i m surprised that that fellow went to roof and again change the dir of antenna and create same video problem.


    what ever is the problem either i m paying or not he should talk to me to some higher authority but he has no right to do the above mentioned. after the above thing i completely lost my faith on Airtel Dth. now i think that it is also possible that same problem is coming 3-4 times bcoz may be Airtel person after some time change the Dir of antenna.

    after the above i complain a lot of places(customer care (comp no 12146032, nodel office gujarat contact no. 07940037114) for the above fellow but they giving no response to me. and i received one SMS that "ur service request has been resolved". what a surprise ....
    i m going to change my connection but this is my kind request to take action against the above person.
    This is the real picture of Airtel Engineers.

    Default Airtel Dth B001 error

    Hi All,

    After all my bad experiences with the airtel dth customer service, I am writing up this complaint here in this forum. I am getting B001 error code two weeks back. I called them and they asked me to do some basic stuffs. I did all that and it went in vain. Then I changed the dish posistion then it started working. But a week back again the same problem started and this time I called and persisted that I need a engineer to look into it. Then one day a engineer called and he said that he is on the way. Believing that, my mom waited almost for five hours but in vain. Then again I have called them and they told the request number and a mobile number to contact. To my suprise, when I called that number, it was out of service. This is happening for weeks. Mine is a two month old connection. I can't believe such a bad customer service from such a big company "airtel". I hope my problem will get resolved in this forum. Please find the request number and the mobile number they have forwarded in a message,
