Clarification regarding topups

    Default Clarification regarding topups

    SIR,

    REGARDS....


    THIS IS REGARDING THE AIRTEL HD DISH SERVICES...

    MY Customer ID 3008024892.

    I HAVE SELECTED ALL THREE TOPUPS LIKE....INITIALLY
    - Cine Plus Mar-10
    - WB Topup Apr-10

    SEEING THAT ALL CAN COVER IN ONE PACK OF "ENGLISH PLUS AUG 11",... I SELECTED THE "ENGLISH PLUS AUG 11" AT LAST. NEITHER I HAD AN OPTION TO CANCEL THE PREVIOUS ONES...NOR I HAVE ANY WAY TO DESCONTINUE THE PREVIOUS TOPUPS..

    THIS IS ACCOUNTING TO MY

    Monthly subscription:Rs.452.25(inclusive of tax)

    AND

    Daily Burn Rate: Rs. 10.33

    AND STRANGELY MY ACCOUNT IS BEING REDUCED BY COUNTING ALL THREE PACKS WHICH IS APPARENTLY UNJUSTIFIED .

    MY PROBLEM IS...

    I AM NOT ABLE TO CANCEL SOME OF THE TOP UPS NOT REQUIRED BY ME...
    NEITHER YOU GIVE US ANY CHANCE OF DOING SO....

    MAY BE AIRTEL DTH WANT TO CHEAT US DELIBERATELY.....

    WE MUST BE GIVEN US AN OPTION IN THEIR WEBSITE TO DISABLE THE TOPUPS WHICH WE WANT TO DISCONTINUE....

    THIS IS APPARENTLY A CLEAR GESTURE OF EXPLOITATION AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS...

    THIS NEED TO BE VIEWED SERIOUSLY AND I REQUEST TO DO THE NEEDFUL
