    Default Poor Service Quality : DISH TV

    Dear Sir/ Madam,



    This is Kapil Bindal from Naraingarh ( Ambala) , I had purchased DishTV
    ( having VC No #9050604511 )one year Subscription on dated 25.06.09. On
    dated 25th June your dealer owner (Mr. Shushil ) installed Dish on my
    Home but He used our Cable wire for running dish TV as according to him
    , He is running shortage of cable wire as company did not provide cable
    wire. He committed to change wire as he gets from company.



    He took full payment from us on dated 26th June09.



    Now one & Half month has been passed , we are doing regular follow up
    with your dealer for changing cable wire & Second one Dish TV quality
    is very poor .



    But he is not giving any response to us , According to him company
    provide 10 M wire with New connection but it takes 3 Months & For poor
    DISH TV quality he says , Picture Quality / Clarity will be checked by
    DISH TV engineers only & They visit once in 6 months .



    Is this type of Service DISH TV provide to customers ???



    Same type of poor DISH TV service feedback we got from our neighbor
    also



    Pls. look in to our matter immediately & take strict action against such
    dealer person i.e Mr. Shushil : 094662-87988



    We are Mentally harsh after installation of DISH TV & will raise this
    issue to Higher Authorities /Consumer forum till I get any satisfactory
    reply from your end.



    You can not revert your words and stop the transmission abruptly, if you
    do so, will lead to legal action. I am marking this email to consumer
    court

    (admin@consumercourt.in) so that they be in the loop of all our
    communications, to be used in future.



    Hope for prompt response from yours end.

    Angry Poorest serice of dish tv

    Dear Readers

    Hi myself Karan a fateful customer of Dish TV.If you are going to buy this service please consider your plan of buying once again,as they are the poorest in after sales services.even if you are going to call them for even a slightest rectification in your connection they are going to take several days,even knowing to the fact that the customer is not getting the services.I even request Mr.Shah Rukh Khan to stop promoting this brand as the false in their commitments.
